These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website www.everydaytreasure.co.uk and the purchase of products through the website.

You should note that Everyday Treasure Ltd may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes.

 

Everyday Treasure Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:

• You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.

• The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.

• You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

 

Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that your order has been received.

​

Your order becomes a binding contract once payment has been accepted and we dispatch your item.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The item is out of stock

• There is a pricing or listing error

• We believe the transaction may be fraudulent

 

If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We accept multiple payment methods depending on the platform (eBay, website checkout, in person etc.).

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Your rights are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault:

​

• You have 30 days from receipt to request a full refund.

• After 30 days (up to 6 months), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

 

We may request evidence such as photos or a short description to help us assess the fault. During this period, we must demonstrate that the item wasn’t faulty at the time of purchase if we believe the problem was not present from the start.

Change of Mind (Online Orders Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

​

• You have 14 days from delivery to notify us you want to cancel.

• You then have another 14 days to return the item.

 

To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition received, including all packaging. You will be responsible for the return postage/delivery costs. If you cancel an order before receiving the item and the item has already been dispatched and cannot be stopped you will be responsible for the return postage/delivery costs. We recommend using a tracked postal/delivery service.

We do not refund delivery fees on items sent or returned to us unless items are being returned due to a fault.

​

Return/Refund Process for Certain Products

The products listed below will be subject to different return and refund terms and conditions:

 

• Any customised product

• Ladies or men’s perfume/fragrance

• Earrings

 

Customised Products

You cannot return a product if it has been customised in anyway, made to specification or engraved but this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.

 

Earrings

We cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.

 

Ladies or men’s perfume/fragrance

Perfume and fragrance may be returned as per our standard returns and refund policy (Change of Mind), however they must be unopened, unused and no seals may be broken or tampered with. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In-Person Purchases
For sales made face-to-face:

• Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the item is faulty.

We may withhold a refund until the item has been returned and inspected.

 

Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from the relevant delivery option(s) we offer, the costs for each service will clearly be displayed during the check out process. Everyday Treasure Ltd assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

• Pickup at store - this may be an option depending on the product

• Standard delivery

• Free delivery - certain items may from time to time be offered with free delivery

• Express delivery

 

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, usually within 1 working day.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery service. Any estimated delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Royal Mail or courier services

• Adverse weather

• Strikes

• Incorrect delivery information provided by you

• Events outside of our control

 

If a parcel is lost or delayed, we will work with you and the delivery provider to resolve it.

Product Descriptions & Images
We aim to ensure all descriptions, titles, photos, videos and measurements are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, especially in handmade, vintage, or pre-owned items.

If an error is discovered, we will fix it as soon as possible. If a listing error significantly affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
