RETURNS POLICY

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Your rights are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We do not refund delivery fees on items sent or returned to us unless items are being returned due to a fault.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault:

  • You have 30 days from receipt to request a full refund.

  • After 30 days (up to 6 months), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

 

We may request evidence such as photos or a short description to help us assess the fault. During this period, we must demonstrate that the item wasn’t faulty at the time of purchase if we believe the problem was not present from the start.

Change of Mind (Online Orders Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to notify us you want to cancel.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the item.

 

To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition received, including all packaging. You will be responsible for the return postage/delivery costs. If you cancel an order before receiving the item and the item has already been dispatched and cannot be stopped you will be responsible for the return postage/delivery costs. We recommend using a tracked postal/delivery service.

Return/Refund Process for Certain Products

The products listed below will be subject to different return and refund terms and conditions:

 

  • Any customised product

  • Ladies or men’s perfume/fragrance

  • Earrings

 

Customised Products

You cannot return a product if it has been customised in anyway, made to specification or engraved but this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.

 

Earrings

We cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.

 

Ladies or men’s perfume/fragrance

Perfume and fragrance may be returned as per our standard returns and refund policy (Change of Mind), however they must be unopened, unused and no seals may be broken or tampered with. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In-Person Purchases
For sales made face-to-face:

  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the item is faulty.
