When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always work hard to send orders as quickly as possible.

Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes, most orders are sent using a tracked delivery service so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are clearly shown at checkout. We also regularly run free delivery promotions, which will be displayed on the website when available.

Why are some items priced higher on eBay than on your website?

eBay charges businesses various fees for selling and advertising products on its platform. As a small independent business, we are unable to absorb all of these additional costs, which means some items may be priced slightly higher when purchased through eBay. For this reason, we always recommend shopping with us directly via our website where you’ll find our best prices. That said, we fully understand that some customers prefer the convenience and familiarity of eBay, and we are happy to continue offering our products there as an alternative option.

Are your items gift-ready?
Yes, most jewellery and fragrance items are supplied in presentation boxes or packaging, making them ideal for gifting. Each listing will make clear if a gift box or presentation box or pouch is included.

What materials are your jewellery made from?
Each product page clearly lists the materials used, such as copper, stainless steel, PU leather or synthetic cubic zirconia. We carefully select pieces to balance style, quality and value.

Are your fragrances long-lasting?
Yes, our fragrances are either Eau de Parfum or Eau de Cologne, designed to provide a lasting, well-balanced scent. Longevity may vary depending on skin type and usage.

Will the product look like the photos?
Yes, all images show the actual product. Occasionally, lighting may cause slight variations in appearance, but we aim to represent items as accurately as possible. Where possible we do not use stock photography or video, we photograph and video all of our products in-house.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items in line with our Returns & Refunds policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, along with secure online payment methods available at checkout such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. On eligible items we also offer Klarna and PayPal instalments.
